CRM & Sales

Customers, companies, leads, the pipeline, and proposals.

Customers, companies, and leads

Every person is exactly one Customer record, matched by email — never duplicated across a guest checkout, a later portal sign-up, and a staff-created record for the same person. A Company groups customers for shared billing or shared access. A Lead is just a customer whose status hasn't become ACTIVE yet.

The customer timeline

Every customer's page shows a single chronological timeline combining bookings, payments, notes, and mail events — the full history of that relationship in one place, not scattered across separate tabs.

Leads pipeline

/admin/leads shows every lead on a board, grouped by what they're interested in, with a badge showing recent proposal activity so staff can see at a glance who's actually engaging versus who's gone quiet. Leads can be created from /admin/leads itself or from the front-desk quick-add panel — same underlying record either way.

Proposals (CPQ)

For a sales conversation that needs a formal quote rather than a self-serve signup, staff can build a multi-section proposal — cover, pricing, terms, e-signature — with support for multiple pricing options the prospect chooses between, and optional add-on line items.

A sent proposal is a real, trackable document:

  • View count and first/last-viewed timestamps
  • Automatic follow-up reminders at increasing intervals if it goes quiet
  • A public, token-based accept/pay page (no account required) where the prospect selects an option, signs, and pays or sets up recurring billing
  • A configurable large-discount approval gate — a steep enough discount needs a second staffer's sign-off before the proposal can actually send at that price

Campaigns

Bulk outreach campaigns are built into the CRM but are currently paused by deliberate operator choice, not a missing feature.
