Running Your Space
Front Desk
The daily dashboard — check-ins, mail log, and quick actions.
The front-desk dashboard (/admin/front-desk on web, or the staff mobile app) is the operational home base for a shift. Everything on it updates live — a check-in or a new package shows up for every logged-in staff member without a page refresh.
What's on it
- Today's bookings — every meeting-room reservation for today, with check-in status.
- Check-ins — day-pass and booking check-ins, done from here or the mobile QR scanner.
- Mail/package log — new arrivals logged by staff, and any customer action requests (scan, forward, shred) waiting to be handled.
- Quick actions — a lead quick-add panel and shortcuts into the day-pass and booking sale flows, so a walk-in doesn't require navigating away from the desk.
- Task badges — real counts (not decorative) surfaced from actual pending work: mail awaiting action, pending approvals, etc.
Checking someone in
- Day-pass guest: from the front-desk dashboard or /admin/day-passes. Front-desk has its own check-in implementation, kept in sync with the day-passes page's own — either one works the same way.
- Meeting-room booking: bookings don't use a QR/email code the way day passes do (a recurring series can bundle many occurrences under one booking), so check-in here is a manual confirmation rather than a scan.
Logging incoming mail
See Registered Office & Mail for the full mail workflow — intake, AI photo matching for ambiguous names, and the customer-facing pickup QR.
Creating a lead on the spot
The quick-add panel here creates a real Customer with status: LEAD,
identical to one created from /admin/leads — it's a separate button
for convenience, not a separate system. It appears immediately on the
leads pipeline.
