Troubleshooting & Support

Known Limitations

Real gaps that are deferred on purpose, not bugs.

Not everything missing from LSCApp is an oversight — some scope is explicitly deferred. Reporting these as "bugs" just creates noise; they're listed here so it's clear they're known and intentional for now.

Deferred by design

  • Access control / smart-lock integrations — not built yet.
  • Events module — not built yet.
  • Workflow automation builder — not built yet.
  • AI operations copilot — not built yet.
  • Accounting-system integrations (QuickBooks/Xero) — not built yet.
  • Advanced analytics / forecasting — beyond the standard reports, not built yet.
  • Multi-location support — the entire data model currently assumes a single location.
  • White-label / multi-tenant support — not a goal for the current system at all; it's built for one real operator running one real space.
  • Public API / integration marketplace — not built yet.

A real, acknowledged gap: chargebacks

There is currently no dispute/chargeback webhook handler — if a customer disputes a charge with their bank, nothing in the app reacts automatically (no suspension, no alert, no audit entry). Until this is built, chargebacks need to be handled manually via the Stripe dashboard.

Reporting something that seems missing

Before assuming a gap is unintentional, check this list and Configuration & Administration — a surprising number of "missing" features turn out to be a setting that just hasn't been configured yet.
