Mail Matching Issues
An item flagged for review, or matched to the wrong customer.
An item is flagged instead of matched automatically
This is intentional, not a bug. When an incoming package's name is similar enough to more than one customer that an automatic match would be a real guess, the system flags it for manual staff review instead of silently picking one. Getting someone else's mail wrong is a real problem, so an ambiguous case is designed to stop and ask rather than resolve confidently in the wrong direction.
What to do: review the flagged item from the mail queue and assign it to the correct customer manually. This isn't a sign the matching logic is broken — it's the safety net working as intended.
A mail item should be visible to a specific person but isn't
For an office-lease tenant, mail can be targeted either at the company generally or at a specific individual tenant. If someone can't see an item they should, check whether it was logged against the right target — company-wide vs. a specific person are genuinely different, not interchangeable.
The pickup QR isn't resolving to the right customer
Each customer's pickup QR is a stable, reusable code, not a one-time token — if scanning it resolves to the wrong person or nothing at all, confirm the QR being scanned is actually the current one shown in that customer's portal or app, not an old screenshot or printout from before any account changes.
