Location Setup
Business info, hours, and branding.
A location's core settings feed nearly everything else in the system — invoices, emails, and public booking pages all pull from here rather than duplicating this information.
What lives here
- Business info — name and address, shown on invoices and in emails.
- Hours — used for after-hours pricing on meeting-room bookings; a location can configure hours without necessarily allowing weekend bookings by default (see Approvals).
- Branding — logo and accent color, used on invoices, proposal PDFs, and lease-terms PDFs.
- CMRA / registered-office settings — see Registered-Office Compliance Settings.
- Refund and discount approval thresholds — see Approval Rules.
Getting this right before launch
Because invoices, PDFs, and emails all read live from these settings, get the business name, address, and logo right before real customers start receiving documents with them — a correction later doesn't retroactively fix documents already sent.
