Product Catalog & Pricing
Resources, products, and rates.
Resources vs. products
- Resources are physical, bookable things: meeting rooms (hourly rate, capacity, amenities, photos) and private offices (monthly rate, capacity).
- Products are sellable items that aren't a physical resource: day passes and day-pass multi-packs, registered/virtual office plans, and store items.
Meeting room rates
Each meeting room has its own hourly rate, and an after-hours multiplier applies automatically outside the location's configured hours — no separate "after-hours room" needs to be created.
Private office rates
Each office resource has its own monthly rate, which can be individually overridden per lease (a negotiated rate for a specific tenant) without changing the resource's listed rate for future tenants.
Day passes and packs
A day pass product can be sold individually or as a multi-pack with a fixed credit count. A pack can also be marked shareable across a company, with a per-employee credit cap the company controls.
Registered/virtual office plans
Each plan configures its own setup fee, annual fee, and included meeting-room credit — shown to the customer as an itemized breakdown at signup, not a single bundled price.
Photos and descriptions
Resources support a photo gallery and a description shown on public booking pages — keeping these current matters directly for conversion on the public flows, not just internal record-keeping.
