Getting Started

Quick Start: Operator

Setting up a location from scratch.

This walks through standing up a brand-new location. If you're taking over an already-running LSCApp instance, skip to Configuration & Administration instead.

1. Location basics

Set your business name, address, hours, logo, and accent color. This information appears on invoices, in emails, and on public booking pages. See Location Setup.

2. Invite your team

Invite your first ADMIN (or do this as OWNER yourself), then have them invite front-desk staff. See Staff & Roles.

3. Build your product catalog

Add your real meeting rooms and private offices as resources (with rates, capacity, and photos), then set up products for day passes and registered/virtual office plans. See Product Catalog & Pricing.

4. Connect Stripe

Payments won't work until a real Stripe account is connected — cards and ACH both go through it. See Payment Configuration.

Start in Stripe's test mode while you're setting things up. Switching to a real business account later is a full migration (new keys, a re-registered webhook) — plan for it as a real pre-launch step, not a one-line config change.

5. Set your approval rules

Decide your refund approval threshold and confirm the default approval gates (weekend bookings, invoice voids, staff changes) match how you actually want your team to operate. See Approval Rules.

6. Customize your notifications

Every customer-facing email has an owner-editable template — confirmation emails, reminders, receipts. The defaults are usable as-is, but review them for your own voice and policies. See Email Templates.

7. Decide on the public booking widget

If you want visitors to book directly from your marketing website, the public booking flow can be embedded via <iframe>. See Wix Iframe Embedding if your site is built on Wix, or Public Booking Widgets generally.

8. Go live

Once you've clicked through each public flow yourself as a guest — booking, day pass, registered office — and confirmed you're never prompted to create an account before paying, you're ready.
